Introduction to each group

Maintenance and Repair Division

Responsible for the contracting, supervision, and inspection of new construction projects, including civil engineering, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and related facilities across the entire campus. Also responsible for the maintenance and repair of campus water supply, electrical distribution, telephone lines, central machinery, and building facilities. Additionally, they handle administrative support, management of official vehicles, venue management, campus traffic management, water dispenser management, and office equipment management.

Procurement and Asset Management Division

Responsible for handling procurement and bidding for equipment exceeding 100,000 NT dollars for various departments and units. They manage property and asset items, land acquisition and management, building and structure management, academic gown lending management, and space operations management.

Finance and Accounting Division

Responsible for managing the cash and check transactions, securities, payroll, student scholarships, and research funding for various projects. They are also in charge of the collection of tuition fees and other fees.

Occupational Safety and Health Center

  1. Develops an occupational accident prevention plan.
  2. Manages labor safety and health.
  3. Conducts inspections, checks, patrols, regular inspections, and operational environmental measurements for safety and health facilities.
