The second dormitory (Kai Nan Student Union Building 2) began construction on October 21, 2005, and was completed on December 30, 2005.

It consists of seven above-ground floors and one basement floor, with a total floor area of 13,030.53 square meters.

The dormitory offers a total of 948 beds, including 6 accessible double rooms, featuring suite-style designs,

providing an elegant and comfortable accommodation environment for students.
