- Students should apply through the departmental administrative personnel.
- Clubs should apply through the Student Affairs Office's Extracurricular Activities Division.

Conference Hall Borrowing Process
- Step 1: Check the availability of the conference hall and confirm the borrowing time.
- Step 2: Choose an appropriate conference hall based on the number of participants.
- Step 3: Submit a paper application for borrowing.
- Step 4: Before usage, pay the deposit and collect the key package.
- Step 5: After usage, restore the venue to its original condition and return the key.

3. Paper Application for Borrowing
- Submit the application two weeks in advance, fill out the Venue Use Application form, and attach event details.
- If necessary, complete the application for vehicles entering the campus for the event.
- Place the borrowing application in an official folder and submit it to the General Affairs Office.
- Clubs should obtain the official folder from the Student Affairs Office, while departmental student associations should obtain it from their respective departments.
- After approval, check the borrowing status on Google.
4. Pre-Usage Preparations
- The requesting unit must submit the deposit to the General Affairs Office before the event.

- Submit the deposit receipt to the General Affairs Office, and collect the venue key and key package.
5. Post-Usage Procedures
- Clean up the venue, return equipment to their original positions, turn off lights, air conditioning, equipment, and lock the doors.
- Complete the conference hall venue borrowing checklist.
- Return the key and key package to the General Affairs Office.
- The General Affairs Office will inspect the venue.
- If approved, the borrowing unit will be notified to collect the deposit receipt.
- If not approved, a portion or the entire deposit may be deducted based on the venue's condition.
