Repair System

To collectively maintain classroom cleanliness and provide feedback on cafeteria services, the General Affairs Office has introduced the 'Cleaning Feedback System' website. If you notice any disorder in the classrooms or have feedback on cafeteria cleanliness, you can report it in real-time through this system to facilitate the process of addressing these issues.

If you come across dirty classrooms, the Academic Affairs Office and Student Affairs Office will work on enhancing environmental awareness and promoting public ethics education. In the case of cafeteria feedback, the issues will be immediately inspected, and vendors will be reminded to improve food hygiene and service quality.

For any malfunctions or damages to campus facilities, please continue to use the General Affairs Office's 'Repair System' to report and rectify issues promptly. QR code links to the reporting systems are posted in classrooms and cafeterias. Please make use of them.

  2. When reporting issues in teaching and research rooms, please provide your telephone extension to facilitate communication with General Affairs Office staff.
